Managing Director
He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, corporate governance, HKEX regulatory compliance, audit and pre-IPO advisory.
Before joining DCC, Eric served as Financial Controller and Company Secretary for Hong Kong-listed issuers, where he was responsible for group finance functions, corporate secretarial matters, financial reporting, corporate governance and compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules. His experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by listed-company boards, management teams and finance functions.
Eric began his professional career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and SHINEWING, where he gained extensive experience in audit, due diligence and transaction-related work. He has supported corporate clients through initial public offerings and has worked closely with management, professional advisers and other stakeholders throughout the listing and post-listing process.
At DCC, Eric combines technical knowledge with practical commercial insight to support clients on financial reporting, internal controls, corporate governance, HKEX compliance and corporate transactions. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, strengthen financial and governance processes, and implement corporate strategies with clarity and precision.
